1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile application “Amadoo” (the “Service”) provided by MinSoo Go (the “Developer”).

2. The Service

The Service refers to the Amadoo iOS app and its features, including the calendar, timetable, memos, and home screen widgets.

3. Acceptance and Changes

  1. By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
  2. The Developer may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page at least 7 days before they take effect.

4. Provision of the Service

  1. The Developer strives to keep the Service stable and available.
  2. The Developer may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
  3. Reference data provided in the Service, such as public holiday information, is not guaranteed to be accurate. Please verify important dates yourself.

5. Your Data

  1. Schedules, timetables, memos, and other data you enter are stored on your device and in your own iCloud account, and may be synced across your devices via iCloud.
  2. iCloud sync depends on your Apple account and iOS settings; the Developer does not guarantee that syncing will succeed.
  3. Please back up your data as needed; the Developer is not responsible for data loss caused by device changes or app deletion.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Service — including its software, design, logos, and text — belong to the Developer.
  2. You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service, such as schedules, timetables, and memos.
  3. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Service without the Developer’s prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including the exact timing of notification delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Effective Date

These terms take effect on July 4, 2026.
