1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile application “FilmHantong” (the “Service”) provided by MinSoo Go (the “Developer”).
2. The Service
The Service refers to the FilmHantong iOS app and its features, including film-camera simulation photography, camcorder recording, developing, and making prints (four-cut strips and collages). A “roll” is a set of photos taken together and developed together.
3. Acceptance and Changes
- By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- The Developer may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page at least 7 days before they take effect.
4. Provision of the Service
- The Developer strives to keep the Service stable and available.
- The Developer may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service (including the set of cameras, films, and stickers) for operational or technical reasons.
- Photo effects imitate the look of real film cameras; no particular quality or result is guaranteed.
5. Paid Features
- Some features are offered as paid passes through App Store in-app purchase:
- “Regular Pass (Lifetime)” (사진관 단골권): a one-time, non-consumable purchase.
- “Regular Pass (Monthly)” (사진관 단골 한 달): a monthly auto-renewing subscription.
- Both passes unlock the same benefits and differ only in duration. Benefits are listed in the app’s Settings screen and the free tier may change with service operations.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel in iOS Settings under Subscriptions.
- Payments, cancellations, and refunds follow Apple App Store policies. Purchases can be restored with the Apple account used for the purchase.
- Pass prices may change with prior notice; passes already purchased are unaffected.
6. Your Data
- Photos, videos, and prints you create are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to the Developer’s servers.
- When you tap “Save to Photos”, developed photos are also saved to your device’s Photos app.
- You are responsible for backing up your data (for example by saving to Photos) before deleting the app or resetting your device. The Developer is not liable for data loss.
7. Your Obligations
You must not:
- Take, create, or share content that infringes the portrait, copyright, or other rights of others.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Service, including attempts to bypass free-tier limits.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Violate applicable laws or public order.
8. Intellectual Property
- The Service and its software, design, logo, camera and film names, stickers, and text are the intellectual property of the Developer.
- You own the photos, videos, and prints you create with the Service.
- You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Service without the Developer’s prior consent.
- The sample photos shown on the camera detail screens are the copyrighted work of their photographer (Instagram @cheerful_sensibility01) and are published with the photographer’s permission. You may not save, copy, distribute, or otherwise use these photos without authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Developer is not liable for failures caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or network outages.
- The Service is provided “as is”. The Developer does not guarantee particular results (such as the exact appearance of effects or the timing of notifications).
- You are responsible for disputes arising from content you capture or share.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
Effective Date
These terms take effect on October 1, 2026.
