1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile application “Wimmy” (the “Service”) provided by MinSoo Go (the “Developer”).

2. The Service

The Service refers to the Wimmy iOS app and its features, including expense tracking, AI auto-entry, budgets, savings goals, and home screen widgets.

3. Acceptance and Changes

  1. By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
  2. The Developer may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page at least 7 days before they take effect.

4. Provision of the Service

  1. The Developer strives to keep the Service stable and available.
  2. The Developer may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
  3. Results produced by AI auto-entry (receipt/payment-screen scan, text recognition, quick entry) are not guaranteed to be accurate. Please verify recorded amounts, dates, and details yourself.
  4. The Service is a personal record-keeping tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. Reference data such as public holiday information is not guaranteed to be accurate.

5. Paid Features

  1. Some features may be offered as a paid subscription (“Premium”) through App Store in-app purchase.
  2. Payment, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple App Store policies. You can manage your subscription in iOS Settings.
  3. The free-tier allowance and premium usage limits of AI auto-entry features may change for operational reasons.

6. Your Data

  1. Transactions, accounts, budgets, and other data you enter are stored on your device and in your own iCloud account, and may be synced across your devices via iCloud.
  2. iCloud sync depends on your Apple account and iOS settings; the Developer does not guarantee that syncing will succeed.
  3. Please back up your data as needed, for example with the in-app CSV export; the Developer is not responsible for data loss caused by device changes or app deletion.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service, including attempting to bypass AI usage limits
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Service — including its software, design, logos, and text — belong to the Developer.
  2. You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service, such as your transactions and records.
  3. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Service without the Developer’s prior consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including the accuracy of AI recognition or the exact timing of notification delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
  2. You are responsible for financial and spending decisions made based on records in the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Effective Date

These terms take effect on August 5, 2026.
